7. Fees, Payments & Online Transactions:

Course fees, deposits and other charges published by RIA (on the website, invoices or admission forms) are payable as stated at the time of enrolment. Where online payment gateways are offered, you authorise RIA and its payment partners to process the transaction for the stated amount. You must provide accurate billing details. Payment confirmation does not by itself constitute admission until RIA confirms seat availability and enrolment requirements are met.

8. Refunds & Cancellations:

9. Governing Law:

Any claim relating to Rasa Institute of Analytics shall be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Courts in Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
